🤔 What’s A Day In The Life of A Weed Journalist Like?
Ever wonder what it’s like to work in the cannabis industry? Andrew Ward gives the 411 on the day-to-day experiences of a cannabis journalist, offering an exploration of the unique challenges and dynamics within the industry.
🚫 NY Lawsuit Claims Cookies Broke Exclusive Marijuana Licensing Deal
A new lawsuit alleges that Cookies violated an exclusive marijuana licensing deal in New York. While a Cookies branded store is open under Culture House in Midtown Manhattan under a CAURD license tied to Berner, their parent and investor company Cookies Retail alleges that Berner violated exclusive rights to Cookies Retail launching a brick-and-mortar location. This news broke just days after NY Gov. Kathy Hochul said she’s ‘Very Fed Up’ with slow Marijuana retailer licensing rollout. 😵
📝 Study: THC Blood Levels Not Correlated With Changes In Driving Performance
In a recent study highlighted by NORML, researchers found no correlation between THC blood levels and changes in driving performance, challenging assumptions about the direct link between cannabis impairment and driving abilities. The findings suggest that measuring THC levels alone may not accurately predict an individual's driving capabilities.
